I don’t think it is possible to actually analyze any of his “answers”. I only watched the last 20 minutes and he just rambled a bunch of nonsense like a high school slacker trying to pull one over on the teacher with a nonsensical essay.
But the press didn’t follow up or stop him when he went off the reservation. They just let him ramble. Now they’ll pull a few sound bites to run on the evening news that will make him sound like a political genius.

Uncomfortable fact: people in early stage dementia who hold leadership jobs work for years longer than their fellow sufferers in lower employee positions.
Why?
A) No one wants to be the one to tell the boss
B) There may be no procedure for getting him to step down
C) employees and colleagues may see personal advantage to having him be impaired

Biden controls who he calls on and press is obedient.
Even if he knows the questions in advance, his notebooks and index cards are prepared by subject. He doesn’t answer the question directly. He pages to the subject topic and says whatever he has been pre-planned to say and rambles.
If we had a word for word transcipt of this presser, it would be incomprehensible except for a few talking points meant to be used as sound-bytes later.
Chris Wallace already had his review printed up way before this actually happened. I'm sure words like "Brilliant!" "Powerful!", etc. will be in there.
Autocracy? Yes, multiple times and over a couple questions, I think. Lots of incoherent rambling.
This bogus President-select, having won through a glaringly hacked election, repeatedly calls us a democracy. And says we need to oppose foreign autocracies like China.
Hey Joe:
1. We are a republic. The word democracy is not in our Constitution (which you swore an oath to). Not once.
2. China is widely considered an oligarchy. A party/family oligarchy.
Sidebar: We are quickly becoming a Deep State/corporate oligarchy.

He’s hoping the lap dog press wIll pull together some Selective sound bites that will make him look good on this evening’s news. That’s why the early press conference. That and the fact that after 3pm he’s napping.
