The Sovereign Crime of Industrial Scale Vote Fraud
American Thinker ^ | 03/16/2021 | Jay Valentine

Posted on 03/16/2021 9:04:01 AM PDT by Tench_Coxe

When you are at the table with some of the top criminal profilers in the world, talking about industrial scale election fraud, you do more listening than talking. And the listening was interesting. The profilers have zero interest in U.S. elections. Two of them did not vote and had unflattering opinions about both presidential candidates. Their comments were most insightful because they saw the current questions about election fraud so differently than the American media.

To them, 2020 election fraud was an industrial level crime. It was of such magnitude that it moved from the category of an election crime to a sovereign crime.

Sovereign crime. It does have a ring to it.

Sovereign crime is not something we see a lot of in America as our governmental institutions are generally not organized to commit, support or hide a crime.

Most Americans have never seen an organized crime take place, in plain view, supported by or covered up by governmental institutions. But it happens all the time around the world, even in some countries that are quite Westernized.

Sovereign crime means your government was a participant, active or passive, enabling vote fraud.

Good article.

This, in part, explains fences and National Guard troops in DC.

It also hints at why the FBI is conducting early morning raids and people are being detained without bail. We have a criminal government currently operating.

It's going to get worse.

A republic that can’t conduct free and fair elections is no longer a republic.

It’s a dictatorship.

The political class and the courts are content to whistle through the graveyard.

Oh well. It was a nice 244 year run.

Excellent article, thank you for posting it.

“Sovereign Crime”. We all knew what it was, but had not attached a term for it.

Jay Valentine's article about "sovereign crime" briefly mentions the involvement of the courts, which would include the SCOTUS and State Supreme Courts. These would have to be a part of the sovereign crime organization in order to stop any lawsuits with evidence of such sovereign crime. Another sovereign crime partner - Congress - is passing laws to legalize sovereign crime on a national scale.

Great article that adds a level of succinctness to what anyone with two eyes and a brain already knows.

But it doesn’t answer the most pertinent and obvious questions. What are we going to do about it, and when?

Our representatives have proven themselves to be corrupt, incompetent, or both.

Our courts have essentially decided to stay out.

Our voices in protest are squelched by the media.

Our “intelligence” and “justice” agencies now apparently work against the citizens rather than on behalf of them.

A few years ago, a slightly more naive me would have insisted that the military would act on their oaths and intervene as is their sworn duty, but it seems that they are either too busy on the freeway to wokeness, or they are just as corrupt as the rest of our governments. Duty is such a cisnormative patriarchical construct and we can’t have that in our progressive utopia, right?

I’d like to think the rank and file are still patriots and just led by corrupt upper echelons but that appears to be more and more of a pipe dream.

We are being forced to choose between capitulating to corruption and tyranny, or resisting with the only powers we have left. Increasingly, the only power we have left that would make any difference is what the 2nd amendment defines for us.

I fear that if we wait for the caboose at the end of this long train of abuses, we’ll be too late to do anything.

But, on the plus side, it sure gives one a fresh perspective into what drove our forefathers to craft the Declaration and risk everything against the most powerful military of their time.

We’ve had and still a criminal government operating.

The Federal Courts are corrupt as is the IRS, DOJ, FBI, SEC, DHS, DOE, Supreme Court, US Congress, (both parties).

“Their thesis is that if one were to seriously evaluate the balloting in many states for 2014, 2016 and 2018, one will find traces of what happened in 2020.”

Try 2008 and 2012, that’s where it really kicked into high gear at the national level.

Excellent article. The only thing I wish the author would have done is to follow through on this statement: “It is here the team made their most startling prediction.” What was the prediction?

Our profilers comfortably said the 2020 election fraud was on such a scale that it was impossible for the major law enforcement agencies to not have known about it in advance.

Great article, yet quite depressing, even though we all knew there was fraud at the highest levels in the 2020 election.

Yes, it does help explain the fences and continuing military presence.
As to what to do?

No one can chance making a threat. You’ll go to the gulag. But, the message that millions of citizens will not accept this needs to be sent. I’d love to see some march like in V. But, encouraging that will also invite a gulag. Perhaps a simple missive by everyone that cares to every elected official: “WHEN in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands...whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive...it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government” Not really a threat, just a reminder. To someone familiar with history a pungeant reminder. It sorta puts them all on notice. Basically, we think what ALL of you (i.e., at every level, local to DC, no exceptions) have been doing is crappola. And, as human beings we have the right and obligation to alter that — regardless of what laws you’ve concocted make you think you are invulnerable. You ignore this at YOUR peril. It’s like poking a bear. You’ve poked the bear, repeatedly. Ordinarily, a bear just wants to do bear stuff and make cubs. But, you’ve poked it beyond that.

When the crimes by Hillary, and the FBI were never prosecuted, why would anyone think sovereign crime would cease?

This was indeed a great article, and I agree, things are going to get much worse.

Honestly, from where I sit, the only cure for ridding ourselves of a corrupt government is the soon coming judgment from God Almighty. America, except for the decent, honest folks still out there, has become a giant cesspool. The only way to cure it is with a good cleansing.

Judgment from God or civil war are the only remedies left to us.
