Yes—if every teacher in high school ends up incorporating this into every class, the students are exposed to it SEVEN times a day, with every class, ad nauseum, all year, and for all 4 years.
Interesting, that's a little earlier than I thought, but it still fits with my experience.
So, they’re saying we have to hobble the smart students so the stupid ones don’t feel bad?
Interesting timing, considering that the massive social upheavals of the 1960s were starting to happen at that time.
In the film of HG Wells the Time Machine (1960 version) the future Eloi are questioned about text books to build a new civilization the Time Traveler is told "We have books."---- but he finds they are all in crisp brown page, crumbling condition and unreadable.
When he tries to figure out how mankind degenerated into this condition we could tell him people who destroyed education and stilled our freedoms such as freedom of thought and speech destroyed it in our times.
Let's see a new civilization based on only on the knowledge from Snoop Dogg types and the rap songs and ebonic slang to carry on. And no bridges, architecture for more than one story buildings, medicine, computer or cell phone technology or electric power production.
"The next generation of America's business and government leaders are being home schooled right now."
One of the American founding fathers said human history shows that in any society one race has to dominate others. It has profound truth in it
Whenever I see striking teachers on TV, I am shocked by the fact that so many of them look fat and utterly stupid.
Hopefully the teacher’s unions will screw themselves out of jobs and parents will seriously turn to home schooling. The one room schoolhouse doesn’t seem too bad now does it? Readin’ ‘riten’ and ‘rithmatic w/o the propaganda fillers. For the most part colleges are little more than structured reading programs with an occasional frat house beer bust type discussion group thrown in. Professional studies excepted.
It does?
That’s news to this forum.
We love ALL races, especially the human race.

Home schooling with computers is going to get better and better, while the public schools get worse and worse.
Public education is walking dead—it will just take a while before it collapses and all parents and kids are on their own.
Momentum is hard to stop—but eventually the corpse will hit the ground.
If parents and kids want to teach and learn in voluntary groups or families, fine.
If not, fine.
They have to hobble the smart students down to the stupid ones’ level.
This is about creating an ignorant society of sheeple for the coming Big Brother to direct. It is NOT about lifting blacks, or Hispanics, or women. Never was.
Incorporating the (leftist-oriented) “concept of equity” into public education gives aid and comfort to the enemy. Those school board/district administrators, principals, and teachers who authorized or incorporated such treasonous teachings should be arrested, charged, tried, convicted, and sentenced.

Please, please move away from Facebook. It’s hard but I’m sure possible.
A reasonably smart student can use a combination of Khan Academy (free) and Brilliant.org ($120/year to access course content and problems) to get a well rounded understanding of math and science up to the sophomore college level. Throw in a workbook or two for rote practice of trig identities, integrals, etc. Add a home lab kit or two and a few field trips when necessary. And boom... you’re set for years.
Equality of opportunity is a great thing. Insisting on equality of outcomes is a destructive nightmare.
It’s time for Republicans to fight for Charter Schools... and the rest of us need to help younger parents who don’t have time to fight the school board.
They have jobs and kids... and grandparents have extra time...
