Yep, not only have they removed our right to fair elections, they also now are dictating to us who can and cannot run for office. To me, it’s not so much to get revenge against Trump, but to warn us. It’s tyranny.
Since when does the Senate or Congress get to assume the Supreme Courts role in determining what’s constitutional? For example, they passed DOMA and it was signed into law only to be declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS. If the representatives have the ability to determine constitutionality, then no law passed should ever be questioned. Our nation is a joke.
