Why is Pence sending the decision to the Senate and House and not the State Legislatures???
Crowds need to step it up a notch. The cowards and thieves in the capitol should not be allowed to leave the building. Lock them in there and starve them out.
Because the process is if their is 1 senator and 1 congressman who object, both houses ajourn and debate it for 2 hour. Eventually it will still be up to Pence to either agree and punt back the electors back to the state legislatures or ignore the objection and accept them anyways, which is what he will do and Trump looses.
He stated a reason in his letter. Said the law constrains his actions.
The real reason? I doubt it is the same as the reason he gave.
The objections have to be debated in both chambers before anything else can be done.
