Dominion Voting Systems plans to sue attorney Sidney Powell “imminently” for defamation, and it’s continuing to explore similar suits against President Trump and others, according to the company founder and CEO John Poulos.

Trump, during his leaked call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, called the U.S.-based company “corrupt” and had to be corrected by Raffensperger after claiming machines had been recently removed and/or altered by Dominion employees.

Dominion says that the rhetorical barrage has led to death threats against its employees, including one who remains unable to return to his home.

Lin Wood, who represents Sidney Powell, already wrote a letter in response to a similar threat from Smartmatic ( a partner that is related to Dominion ).

He said this :

“I represent Sidney Powell. I have carefully reviewed your letter of December 15, 2020. I am not impressed. Ms. Powell retracts nothing. File your lawsuit.”

Amen to that. If Dominion was going to sue, they would file a lawsuit. The reason Dominion is threatening to sue is to try to intimidate the people they are threatening to sue. The reason Dominion will not sue is the discovery process will show the claims of fraudulent voting and fraudulent vote switching/counting are true.
