The U.S. Constitution provides that “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”
Note that. “In such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.” Not the governors, not courts. The Legislature. In several states, the procedure for the election of electors was conducted in a manner contrary to the method the Legislature thereof had directed.
Therefore, their selection is not in accord with the US Constitution.
Liz Cheney is a RINO. Which means she is not a Republican. A rose by any other name would still smell as sweet, contrary, garbage which calls itself a Republican is still just garbage.

“We need fifty more of you,” Rush Limbaugh told newly-announced Wyoming Senate candidate Liz Cheney on Monday, then “we’ll be talking.”
And for the record, I agree with Rush 95% of the time, but his foisting Princess Liz on us and talking her up as the “true conservative” was one of the 5% of the times he was dead wrong. He and the rest of the talking heads who “sold” her to the GOP base (Levin, etc.) and laughed off legitimate qualms about her nepotism, faux “anti-establishment” persona, neo-con background, and questionable “social conservative” credentials need to be called out now.
Well, he was on good terms with the Bush family. It took some longer than others to realize they weren’t on our side.
Not a valid excuse. Those same “conservative leaders” pimping Liz Cheney’s candidacy were dead set AGAINST Jeb Bush for President around the same time period (c. 2012 or so). Rush certainly wouldn’t have invited Jeb onto his show back then and gave him a fawning puff piece like he did for Princess Liz.

Cheney is not a RINO. She is a true Republican—in tow to big moneyed interests, endless foreign wars, importing third-worlders for the benefit of the big corporations, etc.
Cheney is a CINO. She is not a true conservative, though poses as one.
