The decision by SCOTUS not to take the Texas case was not just an abrogation of one of their few duties, it was a betrayal. Americans have been betrayed by an institution we believed in.
The justices, as all judges do, probably want to say, "It isn't personal." They couldn't be more wrong.
Judge Neil Gorsuch didn't have a hard time, but the other two Trump appointees sure did. We saw that and we fought for them. Many ordinary Americans demonstrated in the streets at their own physical peril; others lost their jobs supporting Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Justice Brett Kavanaugh. These patriots didn't take the easy way out -- they went out there for these people personally.
Justice Barrett's confirmation was a great source of hope for conservatives -- it meant the last institution standing had a chance. A chance of standing between ordinary Americans and the globalist barbarians at our gates.
When the call came, the three justices betrayed us.
When the chips were down, they made not a single peep. Nothing. After all, they are home free -- a guaranteed cushy deal for the rest of their lives.
The people of Texas wanted Donald Trump to be president. So did 17 other states' people. So did the citizens of four cities that were the core of the Democrat theft strategy: Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Philadelphia. The complainants in the Texas suit, if they could prove their case, were deprived of the president they voted for. This is a big loss.

The SCOTUS picks turned out to be busts. Doesn’t much matter if the ‘rats pack the court now.
Democrat Governors and Democrat legislatures HAVE STOLEN one of our most sacred rights, the right to a free and FAIR election. I truly believe this is a pitchfork moment in history, it cannot stand.
+100
It was political. It shows the American people that they can’t trust government - right now legislators and judicial. It is sad that for all the people who gave their lives for this country, it looks like right now for nothing!
There’s only one way out. Fight. They’ve left us no alternative.

So true. We shall see what they do when the Pa case comes forward, and the Powell case....
If we get the same result then , and Georgia flips the Senate, those who voted for a calmer Joe Biden will see what a two faced liar he and Kamala are , and if they finally woke up that he’s crook based on Hunter then will regret their “ Trump hatred”
The impact those two will have on everyday life will have them realizing voting is about multiple issues not just emotions.
I agree, all GOP elected officials need to effectively shut down government, it is illegitimate.
Yep.
Betrayed bump.
The institution, and integrity, of elections, has gone out the window! And, with it, the Constitution and the Republic! Sad.....
Pray for a recovery.
We shall not forget this BETRAYAL. They proved that they do not love the constitution.
Fatal.
Since the crime of fraud was ignored by the legislatures and courts, does anyone believe it was all legal and covid was only one of a means to an end ?
I understand why the Supreme Court chose not to hear the case. I don’t expect the Court to do the work for RINOs who are too scared to fulfill their Constitutional obligations. And I think it’s premature to condemn Trump’s nominees over this particular decision. When and if they refuse to uphold the First and Second Amendment in the face of unconstitutional laws and executive orders they will deserve whatever condemnation they get.
Guys like Fury will tell us everything is just fine and the ‘old Constitution is alive and well.
At this point, I believe most GOP elected officials are in on the fix, or are compromised.
Very few seem willing to do what is right, only what is easy.
Cue the Edmund Burke quote...
“Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett, you will have outcomes you may not see yet:
“You will never regain your stature with the American people. There is nothing you can do about that.
“You will languish in comfort, personally and professionally, but you will not be respected. There is nothing you can do about that.
“You will have no credibility. There is nothing you can do about that.
“You will know how we feel even though you think we are wrong. There is nothing you can do about that.
“Ponder on these things and you might begin to understand how we feel.”

Job well done, “Justice” Roberts!
I hate Torys. Torys make nice tree ornaments.
I have not said that everything is just fine.
The US Constitution is what we currently have. If you don't like it - change it. Is it difficult Yes - so get to work.
Government is a political beast: elections, lobbyists, special interests, political parties...
Everything government touches becomes a political issue (period).
The more government controls your life and runs the country, the more politics runs your life and the country.
The bigger the government becomes, the smaller you the citizen becomes.
You cannot have a free market, free citizens, consumers defining the economy by their purchases and a huge government that steers the economy at the same time. As government grows, they employ soft coercive measures to shape the economy, i.e. regulations, taxes, subsidies/spending. Today, in total, 42-43% of the entire GDP is government if you add up city, county, state and federal. Who do you think defines more than anything else what this economy looks like? Private firms and free markets? LOL
It’s really simple actually-
