There is no requirement for President Trump to concede even if Biden is place in office. We can use this to influence the election in two years.

It will take the formation of a ‘Citizens Congress’, supported by 70 million+ legal Americans who voted for President Trump. The Citizens Congress should hold hearings as it’s first priority to file charges against the Deep State.
