Judge Denies Publication of Forensic Audit of Dominion Machines in Antrim County. Judge Kevin Elsenheimer is a judge, lawyer and politician from Republican Party and a former minority leader of the Michigan House of Representatives. He was appointed 13th Circuit Court Judge by Governor Rick Snyder in January 2017.
Of course... They want to hide the steal.
If there is no transparency, then 100% they are stealing it.
That’s odd. If the audit found nothing...then that would be even more odd. So?

Maybe he can. Judges issue gag orders all the time, for less reason.

Is Bull $hit! You are just counting votes. There is no secret to counting votes.
Clearly they have been caught, and they are trying to cover it up.
It’s not “widespread fraud”, it’s isolated, localized fraud, that just happens to be everywhere, all over the place. It’s nuance, you see...
To me it is important to log these rulings.
Ds are claiming that judges across the country are rejecting claims of voter fraud.
In the vast, vast majority of cases, judges are simply refusing to look for (or allow others to look for) evidence of voter fraud.
This is easy. The former republican governor Snyder bought the machines in I believe 2017, and has close ties with china.

And I just answered my own question. How was whitmer elected. A test run on her election.
How does it violate the concept of proprietary software if the tabulation results of running the machine in a test are published and not the proprietary code? Is the fraudulent tabulation a proprietary trade secret?
er, because it could possibly back up the basis of the claim about the company/software and be potentially explosive in its content?
A judge that was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder - the same “GOP” governor that voted for Biden.
I’ve had enough of these people.
I don't care what Dems are saying about Dem judges in Dem states making politically motivated, agenda driven decisions to push a Biden for president agenda.
Not when the matter is at the SCOTUS where it belongs. This judge is far less relevant than that crazy Obama judge in Hawaii who consistently got overturned by the SCOTUS, even with Roberts in charge. Roberts is not in charge now.
Not unless and until they become part of docketed court case alleging criminal action.
The MI-AG alleges no criminal action of the team or its members.
The first reports out of Antrim County after Election Day had former Vice President Joe Biden winning the county by 2,200 votes. That sent up alarms that something went wrong.
... Late additions to ballots in two precincts, done incorrectly, started a chain reaction that lead to the mistake. Guy was grilled on the mistake by lawmakers during her testimony.
“It seems like you still don’t really have an understanding of what happened in your county,” says Representative Matt Hall of Marshall, “Is that fair? Or do you think you know what happened?”
“I do think I know what happened,” said Guy, “I believe that when we got a new flash drive, we should’ve pulled all of our jurisdictions back and re-programmed them. We did not do that.”
Antrim County is traditionally very Republican so a decisive Biden win was eye-catching.

Agree with your entire post. Thinking the exact same. I can somewhat understand the reluctance of discussing Dominion since it seems all states agreed to insane contracts with them but we can definitely talk about those other voter categories and add up those numbers!!
They got to him. Probably told him he had a nice family and all. You know the spiel.
