I know this is everyone's initial reaction but let me tell you what will happen in reality. In reality yes you will be able to attempt to use a fake card but the government will make it a federal felony if you are caught.
So if you think this way, better think again. Do you have the money and resources to fight the government against a felony charge that will be easy for them to prove?
We had better start thinking ahead and work together to stop this before it even gets started.

We have tens of millions of scofflaws who we are told are “undocumented” but actually they do have documents. Fraudulent documents and stolen identities. And there is zero zip nadda proseuction. They are busted for violent offenses, deported, lather, rinse, repeat.
Selective prosecution of such crimes is unjust and a violation of your civil rights.
