I’ve been around long enough to know that DJT, Rudy and Jenna all are straight shooters. The press release leaves a lot to interpretation. You have chosen hand-wringing defeatism. I have not.
Was she ever a member of Trumps team? I don’t recall that being the case.
She appears with then Trump team and files her own cases, not the Trump teams cases.
Not Trumps “personal lawyer”. . .so. . .she is filing cases based on legal depositions and sworn Whistleblower testimony.

I think she was out over her skis. “Could have been manipulated” isn’t proof it was manipulated. No one, including Sidney, has information about the supposed German server. I’ve listened to her claims carefully, and parsing them, they are just too qualified.
Statements that clarify the working relationship.
Dem judges are the most hard-core partisans and with no soul. They will find the devil innocent if he is a dem.
I am curious about the wording, that she is not part of the team. Does that mean she was part of the team and is now not, that she was fired or quit? Since Trump has publicly stated that she was part of the team, and that she has been at press conferences with Giuliani, it seems pretty clear she’s part of the team. They never did introduce her as anybody but that.
She was never part of the Trump team to begin with. Can’t fire someone who doesn’t work for you.

You don’t put out statements “clarifying the working relationship” in a press release, and not on a Sunday night, unless it’s for a purpose of distancing yourself from what appears to be another team member.
The lawyers already make their appearances in court on the record indicating who their client is. Doing so for the public indicates something else.
