Two Michigan Republicans who reversed course and voted to certify the election results in the state's most populous county Tuesday now say they were pressured to certify the election and want to rescind their votes...Palmer and Hartmann said in their affidavits, published with a report on the website JustTheNews, that they thought they had a firm commitment to the audit.

Get the FBI to check this out. Intimidation of election officials is a federal crime, I’m pretty sure.
I think you are right.
But we have no genuine, honest FBI any longer.
This one says "Biden corrupt money making scheme? I don't see anything, do you, Harvey? "Nope, me neither."
Intimidation of election officials is a federal crime, I’m pretty sure.

Not if you’re a Democrat.
lol.
But we have no genuine, honest FBI any longer.

It is a self-serving agency, just like all the others in DC.
the threats worked, the vote was done. The motion to waive reconsideration passed. The vote approving was transmitted.
How does one unscramble eggs?
The race of professional victims always scream “racist” when they get caught in an illegal or immoral act. This is what the other canvassers did in their actions toward the Republican representatives.
Find a garage door noose, then you’ll get 16 FBI agents showing up.

Records: Too many votes in 37% of Detroit’s precincts
Joel Kurth, and Jonathan OostingThe Detroit News
Overall, state records show 10.6 percent of the precincts in the 22 counties that began the retabulation process couldn’t be recounted because of state law that bars recounts for unbalanced precincts or ones with broken seals...
...The problems were the worst in Detroit, where discrepancies meant officials couldn’t recount votes in 392 precincts, or nearly 60 percent. And two-thirds of those precincts had too many votes.
...The Detroit News last week was first to report that more than half of Detroit would be ineligible for the recount because of the irregularities. The results were based on county reports obtained by The News...
This will happen when sparks begin to fly out of the Democrat's butts when they tell a lie.
The deadline passed anyhow. They opposed it before they changed their vote to support it.
So only when it benefits Democrats do exceptions to the rules count?
They missed the deadline. Period
They aren’t allowed to rescind. Quote: “There is no legal mechanism for them to rescind their vote,” said Tracy Wimmer, a spokeswoman for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. “Their job is done, and the next step in the process is for the Board of State Canvassers to meet and certify.”
Lots of Biden voters want to rescind their votes also, but there does not appear to be a way to allow them to change their votes to Trump.
I see your point, though. They shouldn’t have allowed fear to influence them. But in my youth, I lived in that kind of neighborhood for a couple of years to be closer to work. Most people who write comments here would have done what Palmer and Hartmann did in that situation. They would have been terrified.
Members of boards of electors in those neighborhoods need to be young, very well trained in their tasks, in very good physical condition, very well trained in self-defense and have a large contingent of tough security guards with them (trained fighters with cameras connected to the Net, remote security watching over them, etc.). They really need a small army with them. They’d be surrounded by a foreign nation resembling Winnie Mandela’s mob.
Members of election boards, boards of canvassers, whatever. Journalists are applying various titles to them.
Their rescission appears to have been rejected by the SOS office.
