If and when massive fraud is PROVEN, state legislators can deny certification thereby throwing the decision into Congress where each state’s delegation has only ONE vote.

Legislatures do not certify elections. It's either the Secretary of State or a board of election canvassers or some other state agency. Once the certification is complete, whoever does it, then the electors are chosen.

The above is a statement based on what state legislators are discussing now, not a statement yet of decision, but one of capability.

The Republican leaders in all the states being challenged have all said that they will not step in and appoint a panel of electors.

In other words, there is a 2nd pathway that is under serious contemplation waiting on clear and unequivocal FRAUD proven to effect voter intent.

What we all suspect and what Trump has been able to prove are two different things. The success rate on his legal challenges so far has been pretty dismal.

My misapp ‘deny cert’ actually ‘fail to appoint electors’.

Yes, Republican legislative leaders, affected battleground states refuse to appoint electors, throw outcome into Congress.

Risk, Pelosi never schedules vote, Pelosi ascends.

Precedent, future elections unreliable, illegit, unaccepted.

Constitution fails.

Civil War.
