Philadelphia has been rigging elections for decades. They keep getting away with it, so they continue to do it. They screwed up in 2016 because they were sure of Hillary’s win that they didn’t bother to stack the deck. That was a lesson learned for them, so they went back to their normal cheating in 2020.
They believed their own crooked polls again, and had to cheat extra hard in their democrat machine counties. I hope thats where we catch them.
