“When we have a vote on the House floor, there is no way in the world I’m going to be voting to ratify the Electoral College votes from states where I believe that illegal votes have distorted the will of the people in those states who have cast their votes illegally,” Brooks added. “And we’ll see how that goes. It is not the Supreme Court who decides who is the President of the United States, under the Constitution, it is the Congress who makes that decision.”
Such an outcome could force the 50 U.S. House state delegations to determine the next president, which Brooks said could mean Trump’s reelection.
“If the Republicans stick together in the House of Representatives and if we vote by state, which is what the United States Constitution suggests we shall do, then Donald Trump will be elected president if we conclude that the election and voter fraud is so great that the will of lawful voters is being denied by the process that socialist Democrats put into place,” he explained.

The Congress must vote on Electors votes to accept the “president”-elect... in order to actually call him that. Of course the desperate media is already calling him this— as a matter of “speech/style”. Our President is still President. the other guy is NOT —”elect”. This is educational on the looney public that never took (or even had) a US Civics lesson.

With the correction in the balloting... the incoming House, that does not vote on this item, will be known. And it will be possibly far more than the +12 flip we know at this point.

According to one article I read, ANY body of state electors can object to the EC votes of another state.

...BY LAW, any state body of Electors might instead be influenced to collectively, “object.”This collective state protest of objection to a president-elect can be rendered at the State House on Dec 14, but also at any time before the reading of that state’s name from the floor of the US House of Representatives. That will be on Wed Jan 6, 2021.
...if any state does object, the vote tally immediately stops and a separate joint session of Congress must then be held to investigate and debate the merits of that state’s objection.
Long story short: ANY state delegation can invalidate the electoral votes of any other state (at least temporarily) and force congress to deal with it.

Obviously, if it is a Democrat illegally voting for A Republican, the Republican candidate should not be disqualified, but if a genuine Democrat illegally votes for a Democrat, that Democrat candidate should be disqualified.

I don’t trust her, and I think she knows something about it that we don’t.
If the democrat fraud machine can pull off what it did on Nov-3rd in multiple states, simultaneously halting counts to adjust for Trump’s unexpected turnout, don’t think for a second they are not prepared for the obvious contingency.
They have at least 1 or more delegates by the balls. That is childs play compared to what they just did!
If state legislatures don’t intervene (AS THEY SHOULD), our victories in court won’t matter. SCOTUS will have no choice but to send this to the House...

I still believe Trump will win outright after the mountain of fraud and theft is exposed and corrected. I'm also glad Mo is where he is leading on this as a potential back stop.

If there are any objections, they should be submitted to the leadership of the Joint Session of Congress, not only in writing as you’ve indicated, but also in advance of the Vice President’s call for objections.
Did VP Cheney even call for objections when the Electoral College vote tally for non-NBC Obama was in being given the Congressional stamp of approval in accordance with the formal, step-by-step procedure for same spelled out in the U.S. Constitution? As I recall, he actually blew right past that step. I also think there was a justification given at the time for his having omitted the Call for Objections, to wit: Since none of the assembled members of the Joint Session of Congress had lodged any Constititional objections to Obama’s non-NBC status in advance and in writing to leadership, Cheney wasn’t going to gratify any of those pen-shy lunkheads a chance to grandstand or pontificate at the last second, just as he, in all his “bucket of warm s**t” VPOTUS glory, was going to certify the vote.
Maybe the NBC Lives Matter movement should have stormed capital hill that day in January, 2009. Defund Congress!
The Republic is certainly teetering on the edge. If Biden somehow becomes president, it is gone. This is the hill law-abiding, America-loving citizens need to die on. I do not say that lightly.
