not if the vote tallies come out in Trump’s favor starting with AZ. If GA, NC and PA are all Trump, it’s over.

A judge dismissing that state laws must be followed?
So lawlessness is okay, Judge?

Supreme Court must throw out ALL mail in ballots and only count in-person voting and verifiable absentee ballots.

Mail-in ballots are a violation of the constitution. Mail in ballots are equivalent to a “twitter survey”. A mail-in ballot is a ‘ballot’, not a ‘vote’.

Votes are in person verifiable ID and absentee verifiable request with ID – A constitutionally protected VOTE. Everything else is unprotected BS and SC must throw them out in EVERY state. Most expeditiously, in the swing states.

Asking a judge to insure laws are followed? Sounds wimpy and abstract.

Why wouldn’t you make a legal accusation that someone broke a state law?

Well, as soon as it gets to the federal courts expect the cases to be expedited.

The 2000 election took a month to get to the SC and get a decision on, so that’s my barometer. But that was just one case in one state, this is probably going to be 3-5 cases that need to work their way through the courts.

Force all states to explicitly follow their state law, as approved by the legislature, removing any and all votes that did not pass muster based on the laws as written and approved. Otherwise, if they don’t want to do that give them a choice of re-voting.

So, the judge says that laws can be broken if it’s bad for Trump?.....................

No mechanism in the Constitution for a revote. What would happen, if I read it correctly is that the state legislature (Repubs in all states in question here) would declare the vote invalid, due to it not following the law, then appointing the electors as per the Constitution.

Someone correct me, if I am wrong, please.

You are correct.

When in question, the state legislature chooses the electors.

But no reason the state legislature couldn’t authorize an advisory election as long as it would be completed before the EC meets.

Any hope of injunctive relief has to have some evidence behind the request.

That there is fraud cannot be denied. The election officials in question will not correct the wrong.

This is not business as usual.

Let me repeat that...This is not business as usual.

If the judicial branch cannot cure the fraud, then they've placed themselves on the wrong side of the question...and a storm is coming,

for Freeper prayer warriors see JM's comments on "being watchful "being watchful below. Great advice!!

from Dr. John MacArthur
Colossians 4:2
Devote yourselves. The Greek word for “devote” means “to be courageously persistent” or “to hold fast and not let go” and refers here to persistent prayer Being watchful. In its most general sense this means to stay awake while praying. But Paul has in mind the broader implication of staying alert for specific needs about which to pray, rather than being vague and unfocused.

----------------------------------------

Another judge, Father, this one from the critical state of Georgia, is trying to obstruct a fair and even handed approach to vote counting. Doing the devil's bidding. As You know, this is so critical in the outcome of this election. because partisan judges are making such unfair decisions left and right. Lord, we are asking that you intervene and undo the damage this decision will cause. That, Father, a fair and just decision will replace it and that this judge gets divine retribution for being so unfair.

Lord, this is why the godless Leftists are so confident: they have lawless zealots do the underhanded deeds and then cover for them with the DA's or the judges. Lord, please stop this modus vivendi in all places where it is occurring during this election.
