Just tuning in after the Trump rally. Can someone fill me on what’s going on (if anything)?

What time is the vote supposed to take place?
ABC reported the actual final vote will be more like 7-7:30 tonight.
A bunch of procedural hurdles, so Dems can tell their donors that they fought like honey badgers.
Also as a wag once said about the Senate, Everything there is to say has been said, but not everyone has said it yet. They all need their speeches recorded and broadcast.
The Pres will have a small ceremony later in the evening, (and probably want her in the office at the crack of dawn tomorrow, to get to work).
