Is it slow because ‘Rats are purposely inserting long extended pauses between their ‘nay votes?

Not sure if the Sinate version of RROO has some time limit between successive votes during a roll call.

Probably. I know Schmucky said he'd use every delaying tactic available.

And this might actually be the vote on Schmucky's motions to adjourn the Senate. They just stated it in a negative way.

This is on the C-Span screen:

"Vote to not allow Schumer's motion..."

Just announced the Yeas 53 Nays 46.

So they voted yes, to not allow Schumcky's motion to adjourn. They should have worded it "disallow" his motion, yes or no.
