Buying votes is nothing new.
Democrats do it with every election they’re running in or are supporting.
Promises of ‘free stuff’ or subsidized stuff are a way of buying votes. Heck, Obamacare is vote buying. Medicare is vote buying. Medicaid is vote buying. Welfare is vote buying. Section 8 is vote buying. Social Security (especially when benefits are paid to those who contributed very little or nothing), is vote buying
Bloomberg and other wealthy contributors to political campaigns, are buying votes. The big media companies, like Facebook and Twitter and Google, are buying votes when they contribute to political campaigns, and those companies do most of their ‘vote buying’ for the democrats’ benefits.
