Not sure this is at all new. What were “Soccer Moms” in prior elections? My research says that this term dates from 1996. Methinks this is more campaign consultant talk, repackaging to sell to the anxious candidates!
The women she’s talking about who don’t vote, merit no consideration. Those same women probably gave us Clinton and Obama. Just more bloviating from a section of the non-voting public who want to be heard everywhere except from the ballot box. A waste of time. Kind of like the non-existent youth vote.
