Standard for lots of companies. If you hold appreciating assets, it’s not income until you sell them. So you can go years and years claiming tax loss carry forwards, making tax deductible capital investments etc etc.

Banks and Financial Institutions he did business with
Tax Attorneys he did business with
Any entities he did business with that pay him such as NBC (The Apprentice)

If this was released by an IRS employee, without authorizaton, it is a federal crime.

There were years, when I paid very small federal income tax due to loss carryovers. It is all legal.
2020 my tax bill should be very low because tax law has exempted RMD’s for 2020 which was major part of my taxable income in 2020.
And then in 2021 I may have a huge tax bill due to cashing in long term capital gains.
