I’m going to go out on not too far of a limb and say these were NOT actual votes, but mailers from the Trump campaign that look official. Some idiot thought they were votes and dumped them. How else would anyone think they were ALL Trump votes without opening them and looking at the actual vote. This country is going down the road to stupid very quickly.
FBI wouldn’t be spending time on it if they weren’t ballots. I am guessing the ones in charge know what a true ballot is.
