1. If RGB's replacement is to be picked by the next President, Libs will be even MORE motivated than they are now to crawl over broken glass and pull out all the stops to win. High Tech Billionaire Dems & RINOs will donate half their fortunes to defeat Trump with massive turn-out-the-inner-city-vote drives like you've never seen, in exchange for a quid pro quo that anti-Trust laws reigning in their power are DOA.
2. A 4-4 SCOTUS won't be able to make decisions when the Dems litigate election results, which is an almost certainty.
