To be fair, I work directly with numerous African immigrant tech workers and while there are still sloths among them, the majority are some of the hardest working men and women I’ve ever met. They eschew the BLM garbage and feel like they have to work hard to make it in America. What a novel concept, right?

That may be true but they lower wages. It's the only reason why there are allowed to come here.
Look at it like this: If immigrants coming in on work visas somehow RAISED prevailing wages then it would be impossible to get into the USA.
