I agree, but bert is right too, those two turds are, in fact, leading the party right now...much to my dismay...instead of someone like Jim Jordan or one of the few others actually trying to fight the system a little anyway.

I actually can’t think of anyone who can really follow Trump, except the two already mentioned, Donald Jr or Eric. Nobody else I know of has the backbone or has spoken up loudly without backing down like they have. And they both can make a point quite well too. I may be forgetting someone, but I cant think of anyone right now who could follow this act.

I just don’t see Pence in the captain’s chair...I think he’ll try, but I don’t think he’ll make it. He is good, but I just don’t see a leader there.

Anyone else would be like Barry Manilow trying to follow Ted Nugent...or maybe a real life example - in the 60’s, the Who was brought to America as the opening act for Herman’s Hermits, and Jimi Hendrix toured with The Monkees for half a tour...Hendrix and the Monkees parted company amiably, they both realized it just didn’t work, and really liked listening to each other.

But that’s what I equate it with, anyone else I know of trying to follow Trump would be like when I saw Rush open for Blue Oyster Cult in about 1977. By the time Cult was 4 songs into their set, half the audience had left...I stayed, great band and I had never seen them, but the place was mostly empty 2/3 of the way through their set. Rush made them look like amateurs.

I’ve had experiences with Sundowner relatives, both in-laws and both seemed to be completely lucid before medical rehab stays in Florida. Then boom, Sundowner’s.

I’m wondering if Sundowner’s is some sort of new infection,
because I’ve never seen older people before with these sort of symptoms, either relatives or non-relatives. I’ve had friends and relatives lose memory or fail to recognize people, but still be relatively lucid well over 90.

It’s horrifying to see an in-law in their 70’s take a sudden turn for the worse mentally after they’ve had a stay in rehab for an unrelated limb injury.

Miracles do happen daily but they are the exception that’s why they are called miracles. :-( I wish him the best.

I can go back four or five years on this website and find posts I put up about how really need to get that endoscopy and a colonoscopy because of precancerous cells removed way back then. But I will put it off another year now because now I am afraid I waited too long.

If that’s not logic to make one’s head explode I don’t know what is :-)

I don’t like drinking that garbage to clear the colon and having to go to the outpatient hospital and take that annoying test. And spend a few hundred dollars co pay

I’d rather spend many years and all of my money fighting stage 3 cancer and living another four years instead of 30 :-)

The “stick” tests they use now are just as effective and require you catching some crap and dipping a stick in it. Very easy. No drinking that stuff.

I have to go every five years. After watching my wife deal with panceratic cancer and being at the chemo center with Colon cancer patients...I will drink that stuff without hesitation.

I know we have had our personal differences on this board—but I would not wish that on anyone. Spending a day on the shitter is nothing compared to eight hours on chemo and going into a bag.

I read that Rush was very sick with a late stage cancer. How is he faring?

He gave a report on his health today: "I woke up this morning." And he was well enough to do the show, so he plunged right into his usual show. He's not there to talk about his disease.
