They are so cheap it does not matter. It not so much as the code is crap but it unsustainable. A CIO does not care if code says: a=a+1;a=a+1;a=a+1 or a=a+3. It gets the job done of adding 3 to a. But the first is a lot more difficult to maintain.
As I have discovered on more than a few upgrades where the original was done by Indians: the cheap comes out expensive. Sometimes more expensive than the original implementation.
I have 40 years of experience so I know of what I speak.
And they work at NASA, Tesla, Worldbank, MS, Apple, Oracle, Spacex, everywhere...only freepets can save is from the scourge of Indian programmers.
