I will always defend the right of people to defend themselves and people around them, and the right of people to defend property and the rule of law.

My belief applies to everyone. I'll stand up and defend the Antifa member who shot the Trump supporter in Portland Oregon if it turns out that he was legitimately in fear of his life and fired his pistol in self defense. And yes, I'll also defend Kyle Rittenhouse for his actions taken in self defense.

Your straw man includes a presumption of what other people believe and would do. That's not logical, and it is not correct.

The question of course becomes when one is out after curfew illegally brandishing a weapon you’re lot allowed to own at property you have no connection to are you actually defending yourself or are looking for a fight.

No presumption at all. If what I said does not apply to you then I’m not talking about you. But we both know there are plenty of people on this site and elsewhere that does apply to. And the fact that you are obviously taking what I said personally shows that on some level you DO think it applies to you. Which is on you. Not me. No strawman. You just proved me right. Again.
