I think Carla must have realized she had to retweet this story, since her twitter feed is a pretty comprehensive list of political news for California.
But to save face with her Dem friends/allies/sources, she had to somehow deflect from the thrust of the story in her own retweet subject-line, so it wouldn’t look like she’s personally taking a swipe at her BFF Nancy.
