That’s probably the worst pick Biden could make. Therefore I hope Biden picks Mayor Pete.
I don’t think it will matter much anyway. Shortly after the Democrat convention Biden will resign for health reasons. Then the DNC will get to pick the ticket. My money is on a Hillary-Michelle ticket.
