Trump needs the Congress to authorize the $1200.
There are no existing laws to allow him to spend it.
Dems refuse to allow it unless their other demands are met.
Media is working hard to cover up that for the Dems so it’s not mentioned much.
Who would think it when the national debt is over $22 Trillion,unfunded liabilities will dry out within ten years and presently FedGov is broke and bringing in a trickle as states are dead broke.
I get it,POTUS Trump plays the best card available but I still don't have to like it.
