Of course if there was even a sliver of difference between the Dems and the media it would be just as you say.
Hopefully Appeals courts are balanced enough now that Trump can quickly win in the courts too.

that is why he has not cancelled his Disaster Declarations and even issued storm/covid declarations like the various givernors asked.
