IMO you’re ignoring the media’s impact in this.
If a “Republican” judge- as defined by the media- injuncts this, then the media ‘can’ struggle to make Trump *look ineffective*. And make it look his fault for not going along with the Dem demands to get the money to people instead.
I’m sure just this narrative has been worked out already.
We’ll see soon.
Of course Trump will fight back, and he has a record of winning against the media.

The 400.00 would come from the feds then there is also state unemployment on top of the $400.00 from the feds!!
