Fauci and Girior have never seen a patient. Both are career medical bureaucrats. It is easy for them to be callous when they have never looked a sick person in the eyes and told them bad news.
On the other hand we have many, many Front Line Doctors who do look a person in the eyes and tell them they have covid and HCQ may help.
