UpChuck Schumer said it himself, you better not cross the intel goons. The deep state/bureaucracy is the fourth branch of government and THEY rule, not the people. They spy on everyone and obey no laws because they know the Congress, judiciary(look at how John Roberts is now voting) and until Trump the presidency.
