Yes she did. You can see in the video she shouts something (most likely about not wearing her mask properly) at the black woman walking by. She invited confrontation and got it.
If you can’t walk away from someone who says something stupid to you and have to assault them then you’re just another feral who hasn’t grown up.
The older woman, who had good reason to be concerned, saying something does not justify a physical attack on her person.
The black lady could have just rolled her eyes and gone on her way, ignoring the older lady.
She did NOT have to respond the way she did, which did nothing but escalate the situation.
