The phrase “individuals with a cervix” is actually problematic for the trans community, as it also suggests that there is a difference between some women and other women.
They would object, just as they would object if the “mens” and “women’s” rooms were re-named “individuals with penises” and “individuals without penises”.
They’re just trying to be gender non-specific, as has been demanded by the radicals.

To be fair, it is possible to be female and not have a cervix—many women have had hysterectomies which leaves them with no cervix and they don’t need Pap smears.
So then people with a cervix are paid 76% of people with a schlong? (artificial ones included).
