Six months after the coronavirus was declared a global health emergency, China on Thursday said it has more than 18,000 people in quarantine amid a spike in COVID-19 cases across the country.
More than 12,000 of those were in the western province of Xinjiang, the focal point of this latest outbreak. Officials have locked down some residential areas in the city, restricted public transit and ordered mass testing.
China has to report a rise in cases to help justify the lockdowns they and their Dem puppets want to reimpose here.

They’ve used lockdowns and their ability to strictly control their population and its movement as their control strategy. They allowed the virus to travel freely outside of China but not within China.
So herd immunity for them is going to be a fit of stops and starts and spikes and outbreaks as the virus finds it’s way into previously isolated parts of the country.
Somehow China has reported only 83K cases for months... How DO they do it? Ancient Chinese secret?
I agree. Xinjiang is a long way from Wuhan, and them getting the disease late is no more mysterious than Florida and Texas doing so after they were mostly locked down in March and April.

The thing is, this time it seems to be moving (much) faster.
The government shut down Da Nang, and there are several other cases in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), the appearance is, this one seems to turn around quickly.

One thing I looked up via a lot of European Doctors is that COVID-19 is hitting plenty of the more remote cities that got little of it early on. I wonder if this is going on in China.

Anyone seen ANY covid stats out of China? On the John Hopkins site, China has 87,000 cases which they had BACK IN FEBRUARY! So I guess they just stopped giving any stats since we all know THEY LIE!
