Monday, MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough weighed in on the upcoming 2020 presidential election.
Despite polling showing former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, holding a lead over Trump in many key states, Scarborough said he would be “surprised” if the races “don’t tighten up significantly towards the end.

He is right, they will. Because while the pollsters work a narrative, as they get closer, it becomes game of chicken to see who will flinch and try to massage the polls to make theirs look more accurate and maintain some relevance, to earn money next time.
It's like 2016 in that regard. There were multiple polls showing Clinton ahead by 10+ points nationally just a couple of weeks before Election Day, then when the final polls came in, the only polls that get judged to ascertain a pollster's accuracy mind you, surprise surprise, suddenly Clinton's lead is a much more believable 2-3 points nationally. Imagine that!

I’m finding that as I get older that there are things that are intuitively obvious to me that were not as a kid. Young viewers will see his broadcast and think that is an interesting thought. Older viewers will think, “And in other news, the Moon is smaller than the Earth.”
Discovering the repetitiveness and irrelevance of all this crap on shows like that is just a sign of getting older and wiser.

Polls are faked, just another form of media manipulation. I doubt they actually polled any human, just ran an algorithm and published “results”.
No one should pay any more attention to any poll than to the headlines in the Enquirer. Both are just make-believe.
