That’s ok. Major league baseball viewers have the option of turning off MLB for good.
I wish I had watched sports and been a big fan. My boycott would be more effective. But I have never spent a penny knowingly on any major league sport in my life.
I haven't watched baseball for a couple of years now; and, I do miss it --- baseball was my game, but, I live in Seattle. I was a Mariners fan. To be a Mariners fan is to know pain and suffering. There were some bright moments (Felix Hernandez's perfect game); but, just not enough of them. So, they had a great year a couple of years ago and it was so fun. Then, off season, they trade everyone worth having and use the "rebuilding" excuse for having a Triple A team playing in the majors.
I had spent years with this team watching "rebuilding" with new players (that never seem to work out), rotating field managers, rotating GM's.
I just got tired of this team, so, I told Hubby I was not going to watch anymore. He didn't believe me; but, I stopped watching and never went back. I miss baseball; but, the players have put the final knife into the nearly dead corpse. Too bad. Baseball is a part of America's history. It is sad that it is ending, with a whimper.
