There is no way to tell. You could become exposed from a mask wearer,just as the mask mandate states are seeing increases in cases. You could have been exposed prior to seeing that employee in violation.
And, let’s for the sake of argument, say you correctly ID the violator. Then what? If his employer mandated masks and he didn’t wear one, is that poor employee the object of your ire? Will you sue them personally? Will you set the quarantine dogs on them, dox them and monitor that they observe the 14 days of self-isolation? What if they test negative and have never tested positive? What if they test positive for antibodies?
And what if the tests are inaccurate? What if the test results are being manipulated? How will you feel after you ID someone erroneously based on politically-biased information?
I see people looking terrified, all wrapped up in 90 degree heat, including shower caps and hoodies. I used to pity them. Now, I am leery of them. It is difficult enough to trust paranoids. Unsubstantiated paranoia is a lit fuse.
If you are that at risk: stay home. Get delivery. Isolate yourself. This has become Kafka’s nightmare.
And, FYI: you will eventually be exposed and you cannot do a thing about it.

The mask mandates are now happening across entire industries. ALL groceries in my area, which has low case incidence and mostly low population, have announced mask mandates already in effect or taking place within the week.
The station I listen to for talk radio is running nothing but PSAs, 90% of them mask-related.
This is now a coordinated approach in coercion.

Wow, how long is it going to take for you and your FRiends to realize that the mask stops the crud from leaving your nose and mouth? My mask doesn’t protect me, your mask protects me - and vice versa. Do you really not know that, or are you just acting like you don’t?
You misunderstand; I also think masks are not only useless but can do more harm than good. The first sentence of my post was quoting the FReeper I was replying to.
I agree 100% having had the same experience you two had. The only thing I added this year was to be extra vigilant about taking my daily Vitamin C and D.
Masks do provide an easy way to distinguish the compliant subjects from the free thinkers.
They also do one other very important thing: They provide a visible (brainwashing) argument for mail-in voting. The reasoning will be that if everyone’s wearing a mask, then the virus must be as widespread and deadly as they claim. They want the sheeple to demand mail-in voting due to not feeling safe voting in person.
You “know” what you choose to know. That doesn’t make it true. For every adamant “fact” you spew, there are as many people who are adamant about the exact opposite.
