How? I thought an Obama appointee put an injunction in place.
The claim was that the execution drug would cause "unnecessary pain" in the prisoner.
The USSC issued a decision last night at 2 am that the issue was bogus and the executions could go ahead.
Obviously, no time was wasted. Good.
