Like taking control of all media that the public has available for news?

The Constitution tries to protect a Free Press. We already don’t have anything even remotely close to that.

I submit that Conservatives need to USE the First Amendment to ensure the existence of a Free Press. Congress already regulates the Hell out of media and all manner of communication. Any way that regulation can be seen to stifle freedom should be used to invoke the First. Granting “airwaves” to those who cry “fire” in a crowded theater is stifling free access to the truth. Shut them down for it.
