The Secretary of State’s office told Fox 5 Cody wouldn’t have been allowed to vote “since he did not have a license or state ID.”

What about my pet fish, Eric? Can he vote? He has a license.

I agree. Even a dead cat wouldn’t vote for Captain Demento.

“ Will Schrödinger’s cat vote twice?” /// If it votes Republican, it’s still alive. If it votes Democrat, it’s dead.

The bad news is he will vote twice. The good news is his votes will cancel each other out.
