I thought some EU countries, Italy, France etc got a waver to buy iranian oil.
I suspect some of the bills Obama gave the Iranians were among those seized in Afghanistan from the Taliban.
More likely a few hackers named Saul, Izzy and Moshe.

I heard stories in the AF about guys dropping tool boxes with hydraulic fluid in the bottom into spots of liquid oxygen on the flight line and blowing their tools in the air. Couldn’t talk anyone into a demonstration, though.
In that particular case, as it was told to me, it was Oxygen and a certain petroleum jelly that went boom. With fatal results.
Yikes.
It might not be something that many people would realize until it was too late.
