this is actualy good....the hate crime laws need to be declared unconstitutional and I think this might be a good case to move the ball with. This action can be used to shows that the law is a way of persecuting political opponents and was created to do anything else.
Hate crime is definitely thought crime and unconstitutional. If they commit an actual, then prosecute based on what they actually did! . But you can never determine what a person is thinking.
