Who’s talking about “competent government”?
You had a mayor blessing an occupation as akin to a “summer of love.”
Then the occupiers destroyed your business, or made it impossible for you to move freely and live your life.
Or made you cower in your own home for days and days.
Don’t tell me these people don’t have a case.
This doesn’t mean there is a cause of action in court. It’s why we have elections.
