I agree that, at bottom, everything ‘wrong’ with us is always a spiritual issue.
But until the thieves, rapists, home invaders, ideological crazies and violent gangs get ‘spiritual’ and churched-up, I want real COPS on my block.
I agree that there are some bad and dirty cops. I experienced that with my oldest son who got tangled up in drug abuse. But dismantling police departments is the single most idiotic, counter-productive proposal I have ever heard. DeBlasio and his ilk should be arrested and put on trial for endangering the public . . . by far his most important responsibility which has been willfully abdicated. That makes HIM a criminal.
