Sullivan’s uncontrollable hubris results in the unintended consequence of making him look the fool.
If Sullivan had just done the DOJs bidding the Dems would be able to howl that Barr was compromised and Trump’s lackey. By having 3 Judges,one a Dem appointment, come to the conclusion that Sullivan overstepped his judicial bounds, all eyes are now focused on his lack of judicial temperament.
