Americans need no reminder that ‘Freedom of Expression’ and ‘Peaceful Assembly’ are basic human rights, with which all people are endowed by their Creator. This is indelibly declared in the Constitution of the USA, which is the basis of all US law.

Maybe the United Nations needs to be informed of this basic human right and its basis to all US law.

No. you are confusing human rights vs natural rights. Human rights are not the same as natural rights under the constitution. Natural rights are negative rights... rights endowed by our creator/God that government protects from infringement by others or by government itself. Whereas human rights, positive rights, are rights established by government and is obligated to provide.

Natural rights are an idea and the foundation our constitution is built upon... that these self-evident rights are supreme and are unalienable by government. These unalienable rights form the basis, not ‘to’ US law, but form the basis ‘of’ a governing authority’s limitation. The Constitution and its laws are the restraints/chains, the boundaries put upon government authority... not an establishment or a basis derived from any natural rights. The constitution grants no rights, it gives only limited/enumerated authority to its established governance and bars that authority from its ability to act with any autonomy by arbitrary whim & mischief in the infringement of natural rights.

That idea of natural rights lives under the protections/guarantees of the US Constitution and nowhere else.

That is why the UN/NWO hates the US and its constitution... because it bars the very thing the UN is attempting to eliminate from world governments and ultimately centralize its authority over... the idea that natural rights endowed by God are the supreme authority over ANY government and their attempt to usurp over or abridge them.

The UN deliberately conflates natural rights with human rights in an attempt to seize authority, or moral high ground, over the US Constitution and its distinction in protecting natural rights.

The UN/NWO(aka; the EU) is basically saying that government is the benefactor/agent of rights and that all rights are positive rights that come only from government... and that no piece of paper can sanction natural rights from the mischief, authority and reach of government.

The US and it’s constitution is in the way, a threat, to the UN World government dream. As long as the US and its constitution stand... the NWO world government cancer will fail to metastasize 100% of the host and be forced into remission and possibly be eradicated. The Communist UN/NWO/EU is terrified this could happen if the US is allowed to stand.
